Job summary

Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center in Minnesota is seeking Registered Nurses to join full-time and part-time AM/PM shifts. Start with a $6,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive wage of $33.00-$36.00/hour, based on experience. PM/NOC shift differential adds $2.00/hour.

We offer training and career growth in a supportive team setting. Responsibilities include direct patient care, supervising CNAs, medication administration, wound care, and adherence to nursing policies.

Qualifications

• Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
• Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
• CPR Certified
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must work every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
• Supervising CNAs
• Medication administration
• Wound and treatment care
• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility’s nursing policy and procedure
• Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for Nurse review
• Assess and address resident pain as necessary and consistent with the doctors’ orders
