Job summary
Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is seeking Full-time and Part-time AM and PM Registered Nurses to join our team in Duluth, MN. We offer a $6,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for part-time, with wage starting at $33.00-$36.00 per hour based on experience, plus $2.00 shift differential for PM and NOC shifts.

Qualifications
- Minnesota Board of Nursing RN license required.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to interact with diverse people and foster teamwork.
- CPR certification.
- Criminal background check required.
- Must work every other weekend.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care per state, federal, and facility guidelines.
- Supervise CNAs.
- Medication administration.
- Wound and treatment care.
- Provide general nursing care per facility policy and procedure.
- Address problems identified in the patient care plan for Nurse review.
- Assess and address resident pain as necessary per doctors’ orders.
