Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation or skilled nursing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders, care plans and policies.
• Assess resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to providers and team.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Supervise and support LPNs, TMAs and Nursing Assistants.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on dignity and quality outcomes.

Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team on the Night Shift. Position Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

• Shift: Nights

• Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available

• Starting Wage: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour, based on experience, includes $2.00 shift differential for NOC shift.

• Sign-On Bonus: $6,000 for Full-Time Employees ($3,000 for Part-Time)

  • Paid in three installments within the first 12 months of employment

Responsibilities
