Job summary

Frye Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking an RN to join our team. You will deliver direct patient care, collaborate with the Float Team, and support the patient care plan in a high-volume hospital setting.

We value skilled nurses with 1+ year hospital experience. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available with a 2-year commitment, and 3 twelve-hour shifts per schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• BLS certification; ACLS and PALS per unit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and identify needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to condition and age.
• Document medical necessity in the medical record.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan.
• Perform timely QA assessments.
