Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved RN program.
• Active MO RN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team.
• Document clinical information accurately and timely.
• Provide direction to nursing staff during shift.
• Ensure supplies and meds are available per policy.
• Communicate changes to physicians and families.
