Sunset Health Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team and provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a supportive facility. The role emphasizes individualized care plans, accurate documentation, and timely adherence to physicians’ orders.

The position offers a competitive starting wage, a $15,000 sign-on bonus (paid over 12 months) and night shift differential. Full-time benefits include PTO, tuition reimbursement, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN school and MO license required.
• One year nursing experience preferred.
• Active CPR certification required.
• Must communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of nursing and patient care.
• Exceed company and regulatory standards.
• Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans.
• Assess and document resident condition and needs.
• Implement physicians’ orders accurately and promptly.
• Assign nursing care to team members per needs and capabilities.
• Administer medications and start IVs as prescribed.
• Document treatments and ensure supplies and equipment are safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
