Carmel Hills Wellness & Rehabilitation in Independence, MO is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for night shifts (7p-7a). A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in Missouri (Required).
• Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program (Required).
• Current CPR/BLS certification (Required).
• Long-term care or rehab nursing experience (Preferred but not required).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ health and report changes to the clinical team.
• Assist with admissions, assessments, care planning, and discharges.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure care is delivered with excellence and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
