Job summary

St. Joseph Chateau in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate healthcare team. The role covers overnight shifts 10:30 PM–7:00 AM, medication management, and coordination with physicians to ensure quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and licensed in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Carries out medication management per policy.
• Notify physician and family of health changes promptly.
• Prompt reporting of incidents and adverse events to administration.
• Document incidents and follow Federal/State regulations.
• Uphold residents' rights and confidentiality.
