Job summary
Avalon Health Care Inc in Honolulu, HI is hiring Registered Nurses to join our outstanding team. This full-time night shift (Noc) from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am offers competitive pay and opportunities to develop nursing skills while serving residents in our facility.
The position pays $44.00-$54.54 per hour. Placement within the wage range depends on experience and qualifications. Benefits for full-time staff include 401K, medical/dental/vision, FSA, life and disability insurance, and other perks.
Qualifications
- Valid Hawaii RN license required.
- Knowledge of infection control principles and long-term care regulations.
- Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret care programs.
- Proven communication skills with staff, residents and families.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the independent supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit; assess needs, develop care plans, administer and evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other personnel.
