Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Nursing Float Pool in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin. This full-time role is 0.9 FTE with a 1900-0700 schedule, every third weekend, and two holidays per year. ACLS preferred.

Sign-on bonuses up to $15k based on shift and FTE. Pay range is $38.20–$57.30 per hour. The RN will engage in governance, quality initiatives, and use the nursing process to assess and care for patients across units.

Formación

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license with privileges to practice.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Engages in governance, quality initiatives, and evidence-based care.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and updates care plans with the care team.
• Maintains accurate EHR documentation and ensures safety.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
