Job summary

Advocate Health WI Resource Team is seeking an experienced ICU float RN for self-scheduled, night shifts (12-hour) and 0.9 FTE. You will support ICU care across Wisconsin division, floating to multiple hospitals based on need.

Requires RN license, BLS and ACLS, and a minimum of 2 years ICU RN experience. The role offers comprehensive benefits and competitive pay within the posted range.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS Experience.
• Minimum 2 years ICU RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care, engaging patients and families across the continuum of care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Upholds and promotes a culture of safety.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units, departments, or facilities within the service area as needed.
