Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer experience required.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests promptly entering the store and thank them on exit.
• Provide accurate and current information about merchandise for all brands.
• Recommend, locate, and help obtain merchandise based on customer needs.
• Maintain the loyalty program (Boyne Rewards) in all locations.
• Stay knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Keep the store clean and organized on a daily basis.
• Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise.
• Prepare merchandise for purchase.
