Job summary

Michaels is seeking a store associate in Buckhead, GA to help customers, process checkouts, and assist with merchandising. You’ll engage customers, promote rewards, and support omni-channel tasks while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include stocking, returns, and ensuring product availability, with flexibility for night/weekend shifts in a climate-controlled retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to handle cash and operate POS with accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and accurate cash handling.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist Omni channel processes: BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Ensure merchandise recovery and in-stock store conditions.
• Support store shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and policies.
