Job summary

Michaels is seeking a store team member in Mableton, GA to assist customers, handle checkout, and support omni-channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store. You will help customers locate products, enroll them in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and participate in truck unloading and stock duties.

You'll support store recovery, merchandising, and stock optimization while following SOPs and company policies.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns and go-backs
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; promote a positive image and be a role model
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
