Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift, coaching a large team in a high-volume setting. You’ll manage labor, food and paper costs, and ensure gold-standard customer service.

This role offers a 4-day work week (4 shifts from 4:45 PM), a competitive base salary of $55,000–$80,000 with performance bonuses, up to $15/hour Appreciation Pay, and monthly bonuses based on sales growth.

• Leadership: 1 year of management experience in restaurant/hospitality preferred.
• Coaching: proven track record of training talent and building winning teams.
