Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift with energy and a hands-on style. You’ll coach a large team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, drive gold-standard service, and manage labor, food, and paper costs.

The schedule is four shifts per week starting at 4:45 PM, with three full days off. Earn $55,000–$80,000 plus $15/hr appreciation pay and monthly bonuses based on sales growth, with real opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven track record of training talent and building winning teams.
• Ability to motivate a diverse crew and engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the night shift as the heartbeat of the operation.
• Coach a large team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and ensure gold-standard customer service.
• Manage P&L elements including labor, food, and paper costs.
