Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift and drive results in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

This role offers a four-day work week beginning at 4:45 PM, three full days off, pay between $55,000 and $80,000 plus $15/hour Appreciation Pay and monthly bonuses based on sales growth. You will coach a large team and manage labor, food, and paper costs to deliver outstanding guest service.

• At least 1 year of management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
