Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift, coaching a large team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, while overseeing labor, food, and paper costs.

The role features a 4-day work week starting at 4:45 PM, with 3 full days off. Compensation includes $55,000–$80,000 base plus performance bonuses and $15/hr Appreciation Pay, plus monthly bonuses based on sales growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience, preferably in Restaurant/Hospitality.
• Proven coaching ability to train talent and build winning teams.
• Strong communication to motivate a diverse crew and engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the night shift team in a high-volume environment.
• Ensure gold-standard customer service and efficient operations.
• Manage P&L including labor, food, and paper costs.
