You will assess respiratory status, deliver evidence-based therapy, and manage ventilation across emergency, critical care, and acute settings with access to advanced respiratory technology.

You will educate patients and families, collaborate with physicians and nurses, and maintain equipment while following infection prevention standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in respiratory therapy.
• NBRC and State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Assess respiratory status and determine interventions.
• Deliver oxygen, medications, airway clearance, and other therapies across multiple settings.
• Manage ventilation and airway support, invasive and noninvasive.
• Educate patients and families; serve as a clinical resource with physicians and nurses.
• Maintain equipment and follow infection prevention standards.
