Job summary

AdventHealth in Littleton, CO is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide advanced respiratory care across age groups, including neonates and geriatrics. You will document care in EMR, follow safety protocols, and operate ventilation equipment as part of a dedicated team.

The role requires CRT/RRT certification, BLS/ACLS, and preferred 1+ year experience. Night shifts and a mission-driven, faith-based workplace are highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• CRT and RRT required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• NRP and PALS certifications required.
• 1+ years of respiratory therapist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of techniques and treatment modalities for patients across ages.
• Follows best practices to reduce medication errors.
• Documents all pertinent data on the patient’s medical record after service.
• Administers respiratory therapy treatments and explains potential side effects.
• Sets up and monitors mechanical ventilators and airway management.
