Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• RRT credential within one year of graduation or hire date.
• Current Ohio license and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NALS for area.
• Graduate of AMA approved Respiratory Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign shift tasks; manage staffing and respond to personnel issues.
• Perform respiratory therapy procedures per policy and patient needs.
• Educate patients and families on disease states and home care.
• Record all information in patient records and ensure SBAR hand-off.
• Precept students and provide learning opportunities.
