Job summary

Lincoln Crawford Care Center in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a compassionate Night Shift Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our dedicated team. You will work closely with nursing and clinical staff to deliver high-quality respiratory care to residents in a skilled and sub-acute setting.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RT license (CRT or RRT) required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in long-term care, sub-acute, or hospital respiratory care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory assessments and provide therapy per orders and care plans.
• Administer and monitor oxygen, nebulizers, and ventilator management.
• Document interventions, progress notes, and equipment use accurately.
• Respond promptly to changes in residents' respiratory status and coordinate with nurses and physicians.
• Maintain, calibrate, and ensure proper function of RT equipment.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on treatments and health practices.
