Job summary

Pioneer Human Services is seeking a Residential Treatment Specialist for nights (Thursday to Sunday, 9pm–7am) to support residents’ treatment plans and daily living activities. You will implement programming, document observations, and help ensure safety and wellness in a structured living environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma and CPR/First Aid before first shift, with driver’s license and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• First Aid/CPR certification before first independent shift.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical care and implement programming for residents’ treatment plans.
• Document observations for the Individual Treatment Plan.
• Supervise resident movement, activity and safety.
• Assist residents with health and hygiene needs.
• Coordinate transportation and activities as needed.
• Conduct intake and discharge procedures for residents.
