Oak Hill is seeking a Residential Program Worker to support individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities in their home and community. The role includes personal care, scheduling and documentation, with emphasis on safety and confidentiality.

The Southington location offers a 35-hour weekly night schedule (Thu 11pm-9am, Fri/Sat 11pm-7am, Sun 11pm-8am) and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, life and disability insurance, training, and tuition

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides information for program maintenance and evaluation by collecting, recording and charting data.
• Maintains participants’ cleanliness, comfort and well-being and helps develop self-help and daily living skills.
• Prepares materials for participant-related activities and projects.
