Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years patient care experience OR 1 year patient care plus Associate's degree.
• Good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor patients in treatment and report as indicated.
• Contribute to welfare of the organization and assist patients in activities.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment; enforce facility rules.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure facility success.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and secure records.
