Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• If incumbent holds a Bachelor’s of Social Work, must possess a current, unencumbered LBSW license in Indiana.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record meeting Eskenazi Health’s requirements.

Responsibilities

• Embrace Recovery Model and motivational interviewing principles.
• Provide skills training in group and individual settings.
• Conduct client assessments and revise treatment plans.
• Provide crisis management and emergency interventions.
• Document and communicate progress to the treatment team.
