Job summary

Justice Resource Institute is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in a group home setting, ensuring safety and wellbeing for latency-aged clients. You will be responsible for on-site safety, supervision and guiding staff through policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include coordinating on-call coverage, developing staff through training, and maintaining strict adherence to clinical and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Remain awake throughout overnight shift to ensure safety and wellbeing of clients.
• Group home, residential program or mental health facility experience required.
• Supervisory experience in Mental Health facility required.
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting clients is required.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
• At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our clients.
• Background and driving records checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Lead an overnight team to ensure client safety and wellbeing.
• Oversee safety and compliance on site, including rotating on-call coverage.
• Support the professional development and supervision of Residential Counselors.
• Ensure safety and well-being of clients and staff through policy knowledge and adherence.
• Support programming and staff with the Little Heroes Home’s Residential Department guidelines.
