Job summary

Endeavor Health’s Glenview area hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for Medical Stroke Telemetry on the 7pm-7:30am night shift with rotating weekends. 32 hours weekly with full-time/part-time options.

Requires IL RN license and BLS/CPR, BSN preferred, CNA experience okay for new grads. Responsibilities include independent nursing care, care planning, supervising unlicensed staff, and collaborating with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
BSN strongly preferred.
BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
Experience: prior nursing or CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit.
Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
