Job summary

Endeavor Health in Highland Park, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 7pm-7:30am night shift on a full-time basis. You will provide safe, compassionate nursing care on a designated unit and guide unlicensed assistive personnel to support patient care.

Required IL RN licensure and BLS/CPR certification; NLN-accredited nursing program is expected, with BSN preferred. The role offers eligible incentive pay, education assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred.
BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
Experience: Prior nursing or CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit.
Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
