AdventHealth Riverview, Florida, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a night shift in a critical care environment. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and document in the EMR.

Candidates should have an Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), current RN license, BLS, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Cerner or EPIC experience preferred; relocation or sign-on varies by unit.

Qualifications

• RN with Associate degree required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in critical care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and data collection.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Document care activities accurately in the EMR.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
