Qualifications

• RN required, active Florida license
• EDU: Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across multiple factors to guide care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and adjust as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate care with medical staff to ensure effective teamwork.
• Document patient information, care, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
