Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Ability to observe, assess, and record work, safety and infection control standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process in patient assessments, planning and performance of care interventions.
