Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an RN to supervise nursing staff on shift and coordinate patient care. The role emphasizes use of the nursing process for assessments, planning, and interventions, with collaboration with physicians and other clinicians to ensure quality care. Additional duties may be assigned within the scope of the role.

Active RN licensure and BLS are required; ACLS/PALS/NRP or TNCC certifications may be needed depending on the area. BSN preferred.
