Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to supervise nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays, ensuring continuity and quality of patient care. You will apply the nursing process for assessments, planning, and interventions, and collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in care planning and execution.

The role requires a nursing degree with RN licensure, BLS, and possibly ACLS/PALS depending on area.
