Baptist Health - Central Alabama is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays, ensuring quality patient care. The RN will use the nursing process to assess patients, plan and deliver care, and collaborate with physicians and clinicians.

This role may include additional duties within scope. Required is an active RN license with BLS; ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, and other certifications may be required depending on unit

Formación

• Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred.
• Active RN licensure required, BLS required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc may be required depending upon area assigned

Responsabilidades

• Provide general supervision and coordination of nursing personnel on shift, weekends and holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process in patient assessments, planning, and performance of care interventions.
• Collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare clinicians in planning and implementing patient care.
• Undertake additional duties within scope as assigned.
