Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays, ensuring quality and continuity of patient care. The RN will use the nursing process for assessments, care planning, and interventions, while collaborating with physicians and other clinicians in care planning.

Active RN licensure and BLS are required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area.

Formación

• Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN licensure required; BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area.
• Ability to observe, assess, and record safety and infection control standards.

Responsabilidades
