Job summary

OhioHealth in Columbus, OH seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care across the continuum in the Medical Unit 4. The RN is accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing and delegates to LPNs and UAPs according to policy.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, with active participation in process improvement to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction. Night shift, 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Current RN license from the State of Ohio (or multi-state compact).
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis and care planning.
• Outcomes identification and planning.
• Implementation, evaluation, and plan revision within a multidisciplinary team.
• Leadership in process improvement and safety.
• Operations support within the Medical Unit 4.
