Wellstar Health System, Inc. is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse to join an interdisciplinary care team. The role emphasizes high-quality, individualized patient care within a governance-driven framework and an emphasis on voice, compassion, and ethics.

The RN will practice under established models and standards, supporting patient safety and clinical excellence across shifts, including night duty, in a well-established health system in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license in Georgia or multi-state license where allowed.
• Minimum 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• BLS and PALS certifications required upon hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process with assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Partner with patients and families using shared governance principles.
• Manage care for high acuity/critical pediatric patients.
• Conduct bedside assessments, monitor vitals and respond to emergencies.
• Support and/or lead pediatric codes using PALS algorithm.
