Job summary

Wellstar Health System, Inc. is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Nurse for the night shift to join an interdisciplinary team in Georgia.

You will provide individualized, evidence-based nursing care in a high-acuity environment, collaborating with Nurse Managers and leaders under the Shared Governance Model. Responsibilities include performing the nursing process, monitoring patients, and supporting interprofessional rounds to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Georgia (or Compact license) required.
• BLS, PALS certifications required; RN licensure upon hire.
• Minimum 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care reflecting cultural diversity.
• Lead or participate in interdisciplinary rounds for safe, high-quality care.
• Monitor and titrate vasoactive/insulin drips and manage ventilatory support as needed.
• Support pediatric codes using PALS and assist with bedside procedures.
