Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
• Less than 1 year completion of accredited/approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours and required direct patient care experience. Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care reflecting diverse populations.
• Coordinates care with the care team and ensures timely, accurate documentation and communication.
• Promotes evidence-based practice, safety, and quality improvement in patient care.
