Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate nursing care for department patients with clinical standards.
• Adhere to physician orders and unit policies.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and provide patient/family education.
