Job summary

DHR Health in Edinburg, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time Night shift in the Emergency Department. You will provide skilled nursing care during the critical ED period, monitor patients, and respond to medical or surgical changes as they occur.

BSN and Texas RN license are required, with essential BLS and certifications, and experience in a hospital setting preferred. You will work under the ED leadership to ensure high-quality patient care, safety and compliance with nursing

Qualifications

• BSN required; TX RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certs; TNCC/ENPC recommended/required within stated timeframes.
• 1–2 years ER experience preferred; strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes mission and values; delivers nursing care per act and standards.
• Provides safe, individualized ED nursing care and patient assessment prior to discharge.
• Manages time, equipment and personnel for ED; communicates with physicians and admin.
