Job summary

Sheetz in Virginia is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across district stores. You’ll move between locations, lead teams, and ensure customer service standards while driving sales and efficiency.

This role offers a night shift premium of $1.50/hr for 10pm–6am shifts, plus extensive benefits such as PTO, 401k match, parental leave, and employee stock ownership. You’ll travel locally to support nearby stores and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, and reaching.
• Proven experience in leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Team Members while upholding standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer focus.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
