Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to lead teams across multiple stores in the district. You’ll drive store success, mentor staff, and maintain top-tier service with a strong safety and compliance mindset.

We offer a competitive package including PTO, parental leave, 401k match, employee stock ownership, and full medical/dental coverage. Eligible for a $1.50/hr shift premium for nighttime hours (10pm–6am). Travel to nearby stores required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
• Multitasking capability and physical stamina (standing, bending, lifting up to 20 lbs; ability to lift up to 40 lbs with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks and upholding operational and customer service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth store operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by adhering to performance standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment by following regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
