Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older; VA law requires supervisors to be 21 for certain tasks.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 20 pounds; assist with up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve quality food and beverages to order, safely and quickly.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
