Job summary

Sheetz is hiring for a Supervisor role in Virginia. A night shift premium of $1.50 per hour applies for working 10pm–6am.

As a supervisor, you will lead a store team, deliver high-energy hospitality, and coach others to prioritize tasks while maintaining safe, accurate service. You’ll help ensure products are well-merchandised and available, mentor the team, and uphold cleanliness in the store, kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older. VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years or older for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work team to prioritize tasks and operate as a cohesive unit
• Keep an eye on the goods in-store to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for customers
• Keep things clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
