Sheetz in Virginia is hiring a Supervisor to lead a store team with high-energy hustle and a strong team mentality. You will engage customers with hospitality and set the tone for a fast, safe, and friendly experience.

The role offers a $1.50/hr shift premium for overnight hours (10pm-6am) and access to quarterly bonuses, plus a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, parental leave, 401(k) match, ESOP, tuition reimbursement, medical, vision and dental coverage, and snack discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds (40 pounds with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications in a fast, safe, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive unit.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.
