Sheetz is hiring an Supervisor for our Manassas, VA location. You’ll lead a high-energy store team, deliver hospitality, and ensure fast, friendly service while meeting customer specifications in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (VA state law may require 21 for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 20 pounds; assistance for lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Serve food and beverages to customer specifications in a fast, safe, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach teammates to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
