Job summary

Sheetz in Christiansburg, VA is looking for a Supervisor to lead our store team with energy and a strong service mindset. You will guide day-to-day operations, ensure quick, friendly service, and uphold high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities include mentoring teammates, stocking and merchandising, and maintaining a clean, efficient store environment. Night shifts offer a $1.50/hr premium, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (VA state law may require 21 for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task, stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 20 pounds (40 pounds with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with high-quality service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform well as a team.
• Ensure products are stocked, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen and dining areas clean and organized.
