Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking a Fulfillment Associate in a fast-paced, refrigerated warehouse in Las Vegas, NV. You will pick, scan, and pack portions of each customer’s order, maintaining safety and quality throughout your shift.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Weekend and holiday shifts are possible, with a strong emphasis on teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8–10 hours.
• Mist be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Shifts may include weekends/holidays and overtime.
• Have strong service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan, and pack orders.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Read labels and select products accurately.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Move product within warehouse following sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with housekeeping and work in a refrigerated environment.
